First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit  I thought it would be useful to post this information, as the deadline is   NOW December 1, 2009!!  In this ever changing environment, we want to provide the best possible information at hand. 

A tax credit of up to $8,000 is available for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.

I am please that locally the market seems to be picking up some momentum and homes above the average and median are selling as well.  Stay tuned for the End of Summer Recap of activity on our blog page.
